By downloading, installing, or using the EzDoors mobile application ("App") or visiting our website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and EzDoors ("we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

EzDoors is a digital discovery and connection platform that enables consumers to find door dealers and distributors across India. The Platform allows users to:

• Browse profiles, catalogues, and contact details of door dealers and distributors.
• Explore door collections listed by dealers.
• Initiate direct communication with dealers via WhatsApp.

EzDoors is only a discovery and connection platform and is not responsible for transactions conducted between users and dealers. EzDoors does not act as a seller, buyer, agent, broker, or financial intermediary in any transaction.

As a user of the EzDoors Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not use the Platform to transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems.
• Not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Be solely responsible for any communications you initiate with dealers outside the Platform (including via WhatsApp).
• Notify us promptly at support@ezzdoors.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Dealers and distributors listed on EzDoors ("Listed Partners") agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information, including contact details, location, and product listings.
• Represent only products and services they are lawfully authorised to sell or distribute.
• Conduct all transactions and communications with consumers in a professional, lawful, and ethical manner.
• Honour commitments made to consumers regarding product quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Not engage in misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive practices through the Platform or via off-platform communications facilitated by EzDoors.

EzDoors reserves the right to remove any dealer listing at its sole discretion for violation of these responsibilities or for any other reason.

EzDoors provides a feature to connect users with dealers via WhatsApp. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• WhatsApp is a third-party service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., and is not owned, controlled, or endorsed by EzDoors.
• All conversations that take place via WhatsApp are solely between you and the respective dealer. EzDoors has no visibility into or responsibility for the content of those conversations.
• EzDoors is not liable for any agreements, promises, misrepresentations, or outcomes arising from WhatsApp communications.
• Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

EzDoors does not offer, facilitate, or process any payments between users and dealers. All financial transactions — including pricing, payment terms, deposits, and final settlement — occur exclusively and directly between the user and the dealer, outside of the EzDoors Platform.

EzDoors does not store or process any payment information. EzDoors is not responsible for any payment disputes, fraud, non-delivery, or financial loss arising from transactions between users and dealers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EzDoors, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from transactions between users and dealers, including product quality disputes, delivery failures, or pricing disagreements.
• Any conduct of dealers, distributors, or other third parties accessed through the Platform.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in dealer listings or product information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall EzDoors's aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including WhatsApp, analytics providers, and app stores. EzDoors is not responsible for:

• The content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We encourage you to review those terms before use.

EzDoors may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, dealers, or the Platform.
• Requests by law enforcement or other governmental authorities.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. To request account deletion, visit our Delete Account page. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
